This doesn't seem to have made it to Live servers.
Upon killing Nalak for the first time you get a [item=93660], which is similar to [item=89317]. Due to the changes Blizzard is going to make to how the tapping system works, the rewards for the quest these items start are probably not going to change, since it will be easy for everyone to (help) kill the boss, get the tap and get the Egg.
You will need level 90 to start the quest, but you don't have to be level 90 to recieve the item.

Description
The Thunder-Laced Egg burns your hand as you hold it. You recall that Yalia Sagewhisper of the Shado-Pan discussing the history of the Thundering Cloud Serpents, perhaps she will know what to do with it.
