Arcanital Rak'ul is at 56,46 (Follow wide path slightly to East of Tu'chek, heading North)
Both fairly easy to kill, but watch out for adds, once they start congregating they are a nightmare, especially for clothwearers.

Description
Conqueror's Terrace is watched over by two brothers; Spiritbinder Tu'chek and Arcanital Rak'ul. They are powerful magic users and should not be underestimated. Their power seems to stem from the ornate masks they wear; relics passed down from one generation to the next. Each owner imbuing it with their own magic before passing it on. We must deal with the brothers and destroy their masks before they fall into the wrong hands.

Can anyone tell me how a class without a dispel, such as a lock, can get past Tu'chek's mega-heal? I can't interrupt it or dispel it, so he keeps healing himself to full once I get him to half health. I can keep myself alive with little trouble, but I can't kill him.
