[npc=84684] remains in her Worgen form after this quest, and the red rose from earlier in the chain is now located on the table. I submitted a screen shot of this as well for the Horde player that might be curious.
If it wasn't sad enough already, I just happened to get this quest at the start of the Love is in the Air World Event. How depressing!
