TheWoWDBYou can find this Quest inside the very same cave that A Cure In The Dark and The Corruption's Source take you.
Just go straight as soon as you enter the cave and walk down the spiral pathway. When you reach the bottom, head left into the next area and you should find Apothecary Furrows and his Disgusting Workbench!

I had to log in just to up vote you because I was having trouble finding this quest when the guide I'm using told me to exit the cave before picking it up. Very confusing.

A crude, hastily-assembled apothecary's workbench stands here, heaped with scrawled notes and noxious brews. It looks as though the Forsaken have also been studying Foulhoof's handiwork. You grab the most important-looking notes and prepare to smash the laboratory before notifying Treetender of your discovery.
