There are four on the ring around the center island. The other six are on smaller islands around the edges of the large, center island.
Land the dragon mount at the constructs, DISMOUNT, kill the constructs, MOUNT...wash rinse repeat. Fly the mount to the boss and then to the next etc.

Description
From here, it will take our combined efforts to proceed. Above us, Varos hides behind an impenetrable shield. To reach him, you must defeat the Centrifuge Constructs that power his shield. We can each provide you with drakes from our respective flights to help you reveal him.

Inside the dungeon: The Oculus
In order to reestablish his dominance over magic, the blue Dragon Aspect, Malygos, has launched a ruthless campaign to sever the link between mortals and the arcane energies coursing through Azeroth. To this end, his blue dragonflight is redirecting the ley lines of the world to the Nexus, Malygos' towering lair.
