Description

All the anima in the Shadowlands will not restore Elysian Hold to its full glory without willing souls to ensure its many capabilities function properly. Soulguide Daelia is one of our most veteran watchers. She has been tasked with bringing souls to these halls once more. You should pay her a visit within the Sanctum of Binding to see if you might be of aid.
