TheWoWDBThe Rewards section currently shows that this quest gives a choice of Tough Leather Boots, Tough Leather Bracers, Tough Cloak, Tough Leather Gloves, or Cartel Exchange Vessel. The four dilapidated armor pieces are, of course, an error. You get to pick 500 rep for one of the four covenants. This is a weird bug that has existed since at least 2020, first seen in the Immersion addon, and apparently polluted the Wowhead data.
If you see the four placeholder trash items, you'll actually get the associate rep and no trash item. The mapping is:
- Tough Leather Boots: Ascended Commendation
- Tough Leather Bracers: Undying Army Commendation
- Tough Cloak: Wild Hunt Commendation
- Tough Leather Gloves: Court of Harvesters Commendation

It is similar in appearance to our people, yet so very different. Are there others of our kind out there? Who are they, and where do they reside? Why have they not made contact with us? Or are they hiding themselves purposefully?

Description
General Kaal has slain many foes, and in a bag at her side, she holds the skulls of those she considers her most precious kills. Not all of them, of course, have skulls -- it is a bag of eclectic contents. Contained within, we have heard, is the head of one of our kind. We do not know to whom it might belong, for we do not often find ourselves running afoul of the venthyr. Such a strange mystery must be solved. I will, of course, provide great compensation.
