Something in Your Mind

Ok, This is related in some way to the possibility of crafting 470 gear.

This is the full explanation

First, go to any of the Assault zones and kill mobs, from any random you will end looting Recipe: Void Focus [item=171312]
Continue killing mobs in assaults to loot 10x Void Focus Splinter [item=170553] , droprate is not a cake btw.

Second, you will start a serie of quest.
After crafting Void Focus [item=171320] you will start the quest Something in Your Mind Something in Your Mind, just hand in.
Next two quest are to farm [item=171176]

You will start with Maintaining Focus to loot x20 and later you will continue with Dream Catcher to loot x200
As the tooltip says Shred of Insanity can be looted from various activities ingame: from bosses in Ny'alotha and World Bosses, obtained by winning
Battlegrounds and Arenas, or from Honorable Kills.

You will be limited in number by the quests.
Doing this quests you will be rewarded with items to use and upgrade your [item=171320]
The most you upgrade it, the most item level items you will be allowed to craft.

For those who might be confused about this quest as I was:

Once the Void Focus is made, and you complete the quest 'Something on your mind' the item becomes a tool that resides next to Wrathion in the heart of azeroth chamber. And not, as I originally thought, be a personal crafting item to be held in your inventory.

I didn't know this for two days due to the amount of clutter there was in the area. there were too many players constantly around for me to realize the Void Focus was there.

dumb question, on my priest i have both Jewel crafting and Tailoring, do i have to do for both or does one and done count for this quest line?
