TheWoWDBIf you are like me and have not done any questing in Tiragarde Sound and are confused how to start the quest chain for The Long Con.
Here is what I did.1. This is alliance only.
2. Go talk to [npc=49748] at /way #84 63.2 71.4 Hero's Herald in Stormwind.
3. Grab the quest Battle for Azeroth: Tides of War.
4. If you can't see the War Council in the objective area (If you CAN see the War Council skip to step 6), you need to go pick up the quest from [npc=154532]. He is in the room to the right of the throne where Anduin is. /way #84 87.4 35.2 Magni Bronzebeard
5. Complete the 1st quest Magni offers and go back to Stormwind and you should now be able to see Anduin in the objective area.
6. Complete the quest up and including Jaina taking you to Tiragarde Sound.
7. When you get to Tiragarde Sound, you will grab the quest Get Your Bearings.
8. You will continue to quest until you are introduced to Cyrus Crestfall.
9. Do the quests he offers until you get a quest from [npc=121239] who is leaned against a wall in the same room with Cyrus. Complete those until you see The Ashvane Trading Company. Grab the quest and take the ferry. You're on the right track.
10. Quest up until you complete Freehold. You're getting close.
11. Grab ONLY Papers, Please and The Irontide Crew.
12. Once you turn those two in, you will now be able to talk to [npc=128702] who is just a few feet away from Flynn Fairwind. He is the Tortollan by the bridge at /way #895 79.6 81.8 Roko.
13. [npc=128702] will now offer Aged to Perfection. You've made it.
14. Complete the 5 quest chain in Varenne's comment in this thread and congrats on your achievement.
