The bad part about this guide is that it doesn't tell you where to start. Flynn has no quest, and cannot be talked to, killed, or any interaction.
There has to be a quest or chain that is required before Flynn, and I cannot find it.
I already have the pirate hat on my 2 mains, but I want to get it fast on alts, and I don't know where to go do follow the chain.
