Al'Akir's Vengeance

Al'Akir's Vengeance is a quest for level 30-35 in Uldum. It is step 8 of 101 in the Uldum storyline. The quest's turn-in marker is in Uldum at 45.2, 38.0. It rewards 1 reputation reward, 3,600 experience and money.

Description

Listen, <name>. What struck Orsis was no natural sandstorm. It was the minions of Al'Akir.

The elemental lord of air is firmly allied with Deathwing and it was only a matter of time before he set his subjects upon my people.

Orsis has been attacked as a warning to us. We must move quickly to offer our brethren what aid we can.

Meet with Nadun at the Arsad Trade Post outside of Mar'at. I will begin preparations to take care of the displaced and wounded.

  • Impending RetributionUldum · Level 30-35

Now that you've been suitably rewarded, I hope I can speak with you frankly. You've done my kingdom a great favor, but you've also unbalanced a fragile peace process. I was pursuing my brother's release strictly through diplomatic means in order to avoid bloodshed.

After this quest

Taken from the storyline's own step order.

  • Under the Choking SandsUldum · Level 30-35

No... it cannot be. Orsis is all but buried beneath the desert sands. The enemy will pay for this. But first we must aid my people. Quick, <name>. We do not have much time before the last of my brethren are buried alive!
