Ancient Armaments

Ancient Armaments is a quest for level 50 in Uldum, added in Battle for Azeroth. It rewards 6,800 experience and money.

Description

Fighting a war on several fronts has taken its toll on our supplies. Our blacksmiths cannot repair and replace our soldiers' armor quickly enough, which is leaving us ill-equipped to face so many foes.

Though the Amathet's armor is ancient, it is titan-forged and formidable. If we were able to salvage any, it could prove very useful to our defensive efforts.

Can you help?

All of the Amathet mobs seem to drop the armaments, however the mob with the highest drop rate are the guardians. Best place to farm them is at the Halls of Origination around the area with coords of 74/45. Additionally, if you plan it so that you finish your assault percentage in that area you can also grab the main assault boss who is nearby. UPDATE: Just finished this quest yet again on another toon and this time the guardians didn't have a higher drop rate than the other mobs therefore go after all of them, however this area is still the best location for this quest due to the multiple numbers of Amathet mobs.
