OK... So searched ways to start this quest and finally finish Socrethar in Netherstorm like crazy... All coments led to Allegiance to the Aldor and to the script to see where you're at in the quest line....
But NO ONE said that you actually have to do Haggard War Veteran's quest first that leads you to A'dal which further leads you to Archmage Khadgar's questline.
Therefor, here you go -> A'dal This is the actual quest that you need in order to get to the Allegiance to the Aldor/Scryers quest and further up.
