TheWoWDBFor priests - you turn this quest in to [npc=110564]. If he is currently on a mission you must wait for him to come back. When you complete the mission just log out and in again and he will be right there. Also, if you have assigned him as a combat ally you must unassign him and relog again.

This quest can be completed on Heroic difficulty via the dungeon finder. You're not obligated to complete it on Mythic just because the reward chest has the Mythic label.
Reward chest contained [item=134523] for a protection paladin.
For those still unable to turn in the quest. I just spoke to Blizzard support, they told me they knew about this bug where quest list shows it complete, and you get the yellow question mark over NPC, but grey question mark when you speak to NPC. They said I should be able to turn it in if I just clicked on grey icon, and indeed it worked.

Description
The Violet Hold contains some of the Lich King's most powerful servants, and is at risk of being overrun by Legion agents. We must go there and thwart the demons before any of the prisoners can be set free.
