if he doesn't spawn while you are in the caverns go to Valdrakken he will spawn for you when you are not mounted. it seems a little buggy.

As of prepatch for The War Within (11.0.0) I can't turn in this quest anymore. Have it completed in my log, but when I go to Mimuup and click "Complete Quest", nothing happens.
Abort the Quest. Go to Mimuup in Loamm. Mimuup will have the quest marker again and instantly complete the quest for 100g.
