I went there and Narkall will not give me any quest, so I started the zone chain in Orgrimmar and done all the invasion event, after completing the invasion, opening the portal and completing the bits in Orgrimmar, Narkall still doesn't give me any quest. Looks like this is a far deep into the local chain of events. Update: Carried on with the questline, after completing the Orgrimmar bits and reporting back in TH through the newly opened portal, I was given two new quests, one of this is The Northern Flank, follow this one, complete the t

He gives this quest after you finish Crushing the Wildhammer and Drag 'em Down from the same NPC.

If you are having issues completing this because the gryphons are phasing out when you get close enough to tag them, you may need to do the Vulpera allied races quest chain that is in the area. It affected a couple quests for me, and this was the solution I found. Hopefully I can save someone else a day's worth of googling.

Description

You can hold your own on the ground, {name}. I'll give you that. But we Dragonmaw dominate the skies as well as land. Until you can prove to me you can handle a drake as well as a Dragonmaw, your Horde is nothing to me. Let's see if you can wrangle one back to Bloodgulch. First you'll need bait. Go out and kill one of the gryphons that wander the woods west or northeast of here. Make sure it's untamed! Drakes hate the stink of dwarf on their food. Get the gryphon carcass and you'll know what to do.
