SOLUTION: If you don't have any climbing world quests AND Pathfinder Jeb doesn't offer the Quest Basic Climbing Gear AND you have Reknown Level 6 with Dragonscale Expedition.
Check if you have completed the Archivement: Which Knot Was It Again?.
If you DON'T have this Archivement, start logging through all you characters which set a foot on the Dragon Isles and check for the following:
- Can you pick up the quest A Climber's Calling in Valdrakken, or do you already picked it up? Follow the quest than.
- Visit Pathfinder Jeb in the Dragonscale Basecamp (The Waking Shores) and check if he offers you the Quest Basic Climbing Gear. Follow the quest than.It seems if you have played multiplie characters there will be one character who reached the point first, to do thist quest. Unfortunately it seems like ONLY this character will be able to do this quest for your hole account. Find this character and you will find the quest.
can't up vote this comment enough. It worked. :)
