Beachhead is a [faction=2163] world quest, you can find it in every zone of Battle for Azeroth expansion.
To complete the quest you have to help 15 turtles reach the ocean.
You'll have one action button to shoot at seagulls and crabs.
Seagulls and crabs will kill turtles if they reach them.
So pay attention when crabs spawn on the ground and seagulls in the sky.

My personal recommendation,

1) Avoid shooting the birds out of the air – a portion never fly over your turtles and they can be tricky to hit
2) Keep your targeting icon over your turtles and just spam the shoot button
3) Give priority to any approaching crabs – They will instantly kill your turtles
4) The birds do NOT instantly kill the turtles – they will hover for a moment after diving, and can easily be killed on the ground
