I DCd during the quest. After, it was bugged and wouldn't log any turtles. Had to relog AGAIN to get it to work.
If you are kicked out of the quest for any reason, be sure to check the tracker, and start at "Speak to Scrollsage Nora".
Don't be like me and kill only Albatrosses .... it appears that the crabs on the ground also stop them from entering the water. How cruel to point us into the sky and ask us to stop the Albatrosses :)
