Right now it seems that the reward for this quest is a heroic ilvl 825 item. For anyone wondering, you do not need to run the dungeon in heroic mode to get it.
[npc=111068] located in Black Rook Hold, he's just a pillow and cant do anything serious. You also have to finish the instance to earn your reward.
