Interact with the crate at 50.26, 53.26, you will be given [item=182088]x5 which you will use to craft [item=182087] and then use that to craft [item=182086] which in turn will be used, along with 2 of the ore, to craft [item=181862] thus completing the World Quest.
Forge can be found close to the crate, near [npc=161696] or at coords 49.92, 52.52
You will automatically learn the recipes needed, and you use your normal Blacksmithing dialog window to craft the items.
