had a little trouble at the end of this quest finding the two people -they did not appear on map - but they are in dalaran, in a little garden just to left of the northern bank.
If you're picking this up during Chromie Timewalking and do not have flying, you will have an item in your inventory called, "Tirisfal Camp Scroll" which allows you to teleport to the area on the map once you're in Tirisfal.
As I was flying over, I found an Alliance priest and Horde priest, both low level, trying to get in to the area on ground mounts which does not appear possible.

Description
I have been working with Moira Thaurissan to infiltrate the Twilight's Hammer cult. We've learned of an ancient and powerful Old God relic, a blade used at various points in history to wreak havoc. Moira's double agent informs us a new leader is rising, and plans to cement his ascension using this weapon in an unholy ritual. You must find him, stop the ritual, and seize the artifact. We will meet in Dalaran afterwards.
