I think this quest bugged for me, which is a shame...I run in to fight Mor'duun and then I phased and he was immediately dead, my quest completed, and a big group of players were flying off after presumably having killed him. Talk about anticlimactic!

Mor'duun is there, keepin' his coward-body safe from our spears and axes. He won't be safe much longer.
