Go to the spawn point and just wait. He falls down from the sky in a legion meteor with a couple of extra pats.
If you decide to do this as someone below 45, the adds he can summon are still 45 and they will hit you like they are.
If you are below 45, you will have a hard time fighting this boss.
The boss spawns lvl 45 mobs that hit hard. If you are a hunter, you can feign death and the mobs will despawn.
