TheWoWDBSpent two hours running around like a madman in Nazjatar hoping to find rares. Eventually joined multiple farming groups on LFG with no more luck. I eventually just gave up. "Content".

It seems that currently, rares that are part of a world quest do not give credit for this if their world quest is up. Killed two rares so far, both had a world quest up and didn't get credit from either of them for this quest. I had not killed either of the said rares before today.
