Step #1
a.Go to the highlighted location on the worldmap in Shadowmoon Valley
b.Use the Iron Trap (you might have to click on it from your inventory) near one of the lone Silverpelt Charger (it can be a group of Silverpelt Chargers but might be easier to do just a lone one)
c. Damage the Silverpelt charger to around 30% life or so (it can be less just don't kill it). Now lead the damaged silverpelt charger into the Iron Trap. Some garrison members will show up and stuff, when it is done correctly.
Step #2
Return to your Garrison (either run back or heartstone back) go to the Barn in your Garrison and speak with your Barn Supervisor to set up a work order for more pelts or whatever it is and your done.Update Note: Repeating this process without the quest is also how you get more work orders for the Barn. Each time you capture one you will receive "Fury Caged Beast" item in your inventory. You get 1 work order per item and can have up to 7 work orders at a time.
The area is no longer highlighted without the quest, here are some coords for a good location to trap /way 41.9 33.2
if you don't have tomtom or other addon for coordinates just go north of the anvil guy "Trapper Zera" this is my favorite spot to trap.Tier 2 barn - Update: Well, I have upgraded my barn (tier 2) now and when you complete this task you will be trapping bigger game. You will receive a new quest to complete by trapping a larger game such as boars or riverbeasts. It's an easy quest basically capture one of the aforementioned game using basically the same steps as above. The quest suggested some location in a different area but I found a great spot to trap riverbeasts in Talador. Once you get a good trapping groove going you can get plenty of meat work orders stocked up in about an hour here:
In the general water area of /way 57.8 76.6 for tomtom users and for non-users just to the east of npc Edruun. Great place for meat.
I hope this comment helped you guys I found this page here on Wowhead and it has answered all my other barn and trapping questions I highly recommend it:

If you are killing them with 1 hit, even when naked, use the [item=137663]. It should take them down to 10% health.
At level 120, I found even getting naked I was one-shotting these when punching them with my fist as a hunter. The only way it worked for me was dying (mount up, go high, and fall) and ressing at the graveyard to get res sickness. Then punching them took about 4 shots and the animal ran over the trap and was caught.

Description
When we came through the portal, we weren't able to bring any of our animals with us. For us to produce leather and furs, we'll need to trap some of the native beasts and bring them back here. We can get a load of leather from the elekk, or furs from the talbuk, right here in Shadowmoon. Take this iron trap and use it on a wounded adult talbuk or elekk, then bring the trap on back here and we'll start a work order.
