Each [npc=104638] has 10-15[item=133926], so you just need to kill 4-5 of them

For some reason she won't give you the quest where she's at in Jandvik by the fire at 70,48 but if you to the cave where you did "Jandvik's Last Hope" at 76,52 she will give you the quest and finishing "Breaking Down the Big Guns" unlocks everything else.
