Unless there are grapple points I'm not aware of... I've only found one way to get to the Brimstone Destroyer.
I flew to Valdisdall and took the road that leads to the Gates of Valor (towards the big building with the Halls of Valor dungeon entrance within).
After the bridge, I took a right and found a spot I could jump over the wall located at 66.51,67.27.
From there, you can simply run to the Brimstone Destroyer. With flying right around the corner, this won't be an issue for a lot of us to reach anymore, but please post if you find another way to reach the Brimstone Destroyer.
That is every comment on this page.

Where to go
Pins are the quest’s own POI points from the current retail client, projected onto the in-game zone map. The game marks one blob as the quest’s turn-in; the rest are objective areas. Points that fall outside a map’s window are dropped rather than guessed at.
