That worked for me.Press M (bring up the map) and you'll see 3 lumps, just to the north of Lion's Watch. Just north of those is a main road. Take that west and, just before another road joins it from the north, you'll see orcs to your left.
Those orcs there are so easy to kill that you might wonder if something is wrong. You'll probably find yourself one-shotting more than a few. Patrols of them are easy to deal with as well. Several appear to have been pre-injured, for your hunting pleasure, so dive right in.
Quick and easy, it shouldn't take more than a few minutes to complete.
If this is the daily every day, and I had to repeatedly go to that spot, I wouldn't complain.
Pay attention to your tooltip. Some of the Grom'kar Bulwark don't give credit for this quest.

Description
Ever since we humiliated 'em at Blackrock Foundry, the Iron Horde has been on the run. Gul'dan is converting them all into fel orcs, but I ain't scared. A bloodlusting orc is twice as strong but twice as stupid. Hey! Let's wade into the battlefields of Tanaan and lay waste to as many orcs as we can. Orc or fel orc - doesn't matter to me.
