That worked for me.(That spot is easy for the Alliance to reach, but shouldn't be hard for the Horde.)
Press M (bring up the map) and you'll see 3 lumps, just to the north of Lion's Watch. Just north of those is a main road. Take that west and, just before another road joins it from the north, you'll see orcs to your left.
Those orcs there are so easy to kill that you might wonder if something is wrong. You'll probably find yourself one-shotting more than a few. Patrols of them are easy to deal with as well. Several appear to have been pre-injured, for your hunting pleasure, so dive right in.
Quick and easy, it shouldn't take more than a few minutes to complete.
If this is the daily every day, and I had to repeatedly go to that spot, I wouldn't complain.

Description
Ever since the fall of Blackrock Foundry, Gul'dan has been turning the Iron Horde into... something worse. The orcs who once flocked to Grommash's banner, through either fear or thirst for revenge, are now embracing the fel. Wade into the battlefields of Tanaan and lay waste to Gul'dan's forces. Orc or fel orc makes no difference. Gut what remains of the Iron Horde!

Not sure what's going on with this quest, but I'm unable to complete any objective involving the iron horde. I'm not in a raid group, I've relogged, abandoned quests and picked them up again, no idea what's going on. Will post again if I figure it out.
