You can complete this quest in one fight if [npc=90429] is up. Just kill her SLOWLY and AoE the imps she summons until you've killed 20 demons. Then burn her down. 20 demons, 1 fight, quest done.
To kill the maidens, there are three beams connecting to them which makes them unattackable. Kind of like that fight in Blackrock Caverns, you need one person to stand in front of the beam and interrupt the connection (in other words you need 3 people to stand in front of each beam). It deals some damage (about 15k per second I think).
