There will be a subdued brute at 71,33 to mount - just be patient and wait if one isn't there. They have buffed him and he can now one-shot whole groups of nagas :)

e: This has since been fixed, the brute is actually worth using now.
This must have been hotfixed. I did this quest on the day it was available, and the brute was very weak. Now (4/11/17) it is one shotting every Naga in the area!
