Whether you get Akama or Shade of Akama will depend on whether you chose Altruis or Kayn. Choosing Altruis means you will have Akama, choosing Kayn will give you the Shade.

Both Altruis and Akama are Alliance Champions, while Kayn and Shade of Akama are the horde equivalents.
