Come Prepared (Horde)

Come Prepared is a Horde-only quest for level 30-35 in Shimmering Expanse. It is step 137 of 149 in the Vashj'ir, Kelp'thar Forest & Shimmering Expanse storyline. It rewards 3 reward items, 4,800 experience and money.

Description

It's a short swim to the top. Not much trouble really. Hard to get any supplies up there though. Too heavy.

All of the ships in all of the Horde fleets stow a survival kit. I had a balloon from the old survival kit, but it fell on hard times recently. I need another survival kit.

There's a ship to the southeastish. Let's hope that the survivors were dumb and didn't take the survival kit. More survival kit for us.

Where this quest fits

Before this quest

Taken from the storyline's own step order.

  • Hostile WatersShimmering Expanse · Level 30-35

Fiasco came out here with a balloon of some sort that he retrieved from one of our ships. He tried to float it to the top, but those Muckskin Scroungers came out of nowhere and swarmed the thing. He's got an idea for another balloon, but we need to make sure that the past doesn't repeat itself.

After this quest

  • Unfurling PlanShimmering Expanse · Level 30-35

Survival kits never have any rope. It makes no sense! Rope and bombs, that's all they should store. The rest of this stuff is just a waste of space. Except maybe the balloon. That's coming in handy right now. I bet those Kvaldir have rope.
