The highest voted Wowhead comments for this page. They are community notes, not TheWoWDB comments.
This quest rewards you a squid on a stick that appears to be groping your backside. Enjoy.
This quest isn't available until you complete several other quests. Undersea Sanctuary which leads to Spelunking will make Rendel appear, but he isn't ready to give you quests until after Wake of Destruction.
So, if you're new to the zone, you basically have to :
- Do the quests to get sea legs
- Do the quests to get your sea horse
- Undersea Sanctuary
- Spelunking
- Rendel is Visible.
- Debriefing
- Wake of Destruction
- Come Hell or High Water is available
Good hunting!

What to do
Description
Oh fer the love of... I know our survivor friend here means well, but the lad's been severely traumatized. There only be one way ta deal with these accursed beasts, an' that be a fine dwarven axe buried hilt-deep in the noggin. Pile up enough o' their corpses an' they'll think twice before fiddlin' with yer tasty bits. Mark me words laddie, them buggers don't like the sight o' their own blood any more than you or I. Now git out there an' give 'em what fer!

Where this quest fits
Before this quest
Taken from the storyline's own step order.
- Wake of Destruction
Our time here draws to a close. I must somehow follow the trail of these naga captives if we are to discover their purposes in this region. But before I move on, I would see the destruction of this operation! Nevermind their numbers, I have a plan that has the potential to even the odds.
After this quest
Taken from the storyline's own step order.
- What? What? In My Gut...?
Wha...what IS this!? There's great pain growing... from deep in my bowels. I think... ugh... they must have poisoned me! They fed us strangely glowing seaweed that they grow around their stronghold... I think these cramps will worsen if I don't get more soon... Please, <race>. Try to find me some!
