- Pick up the quest from Caeris Fairdawn
- Accept all of the daily quests from the guests. There will be 4 that give you Latent Arcana and 1 "Fortify the Runestones" quest
- Do the 4 daily quests that give 25 Latent Arcana each and turn them in
- Then go the the area that the "Fortify the Runestones" 5th daily shows you to go to on the map
- Charge the Runestone with your 100 Latent Arcana
- Defend the Runestone
- Hand in the "Fortify the Runestones" quest
- This "Courting Success" quest will now be completable. Go hand it in to Caeris Fairdawn
NOTE:
You can just go straight to where "Fortify the Runestones" is on the map and if someone else has added Latent Arcana to the Runestone and the event is in progress, you can complete that quest without doing the other dailies.
