The Clinging Depthsroot grows under the water with the other ingredients you need to gather. It is a two minute buff that gives you water breathing and 125% swim speed. The buff doesn't stack if you eat more than one, but it is pretty common in the area, so you can eat more as needed.

Description

Dis "seeker" has been askin' a lot of questions about de foods we eat. It sounds like these tortollans like to eat poisonous foods. De Witherbark do as well. There are many foods we eat that could kill us if not treated properly. Go collect zapgut eel stomachs and blisterskin kelp. I'd like to test dis turtle's tongue.
