came here to post exactly the same thing! you would think Blizz would have learned from the boar liver thing , but no . . . When it said collect 20 i felt sure i would have to kill 10 to get 20 femurs . . but no . .AND each cultist is ofen together with another unwanted mob . . .
btw, this quest isn't completed inside the ritual site: broken throne. don't be like me and run around looking for mobs inside.
