Cutting Edge Poultry Science

I spent a bit over an hour helping people with this and here is my very detailed guide on obtaining the quest:

• 
  
• It can be done on any difficulty that the world quest is available on.
• 
  
• You do not need to kill any bosses in order to receive the quest.
• 
  
• It can be done in a group of 1-5 people depending on how good your gear is.
• 
  
• You only need two out of the three chefs to be alive - Roast Chef Rhonda and Sauciere Samuel.
• 
  
• You can kill Executive Chef Daniel since he is only there to continuously buff the damage of the other NPCs with Inspire.
• 
  
• All party members will be able to pick up the quest without it being limited to a single player.
• 
  
• Unfortunately, it is no longer possible to share it with anyone once you receive it.
• 
  
• You can obtain the quest only once per character.
• 
  

In order to get the quest chicken to spawn you have to follow these three steps:

1. 
   
2. Wait for Roast Chef Rhonda to cast Raw Chicken - this spawns a Raw Chicken (lasts for about 10-15 seconds).
3. 
   
4. Wait for Roast Chef Rhonda to cast Roasting Fire on top of any Raw Chicken on the ground - this results in a Cooked Chicken (lasts for 10-15 seconds).
5. 
   
6. Wait for Sauciere Samuel to cast Gravy Spray on any Cooked Chicken - this results in the Delicious Chicken (lasts for about 1 minute) which gives you the quest Cutting Edge Poultry Science.

After that all you have to do is fly to Booty Bay and collect your new rare pet from Oglethorpe Obnoticus.

To collect this pet, players need to enter the Waycrest Manor 5-man dungeon (Normal) or have it shared with them. A roasted chicken (looks like a dead chicken/turkey and has an exclamation mark over it) spawns in the manor's kitchen after defeating the kitchen staff during the World Quest Waycrest Manor: Witchy Kitchen. Only one person can pick up the "Delicious Chicken" which starts the quest 'Cutting Edge Poultry Science', however the quest is shareable.

Picked this quest up on normal Waycrest Manor in the Kitchen.

Unable to turn in the quest in Booty Bay if you are reputation with Booty Bay is hated. Bummer.

End location is Booty Bay in Eastern Kingdoms, ending at a Gnome NPC (Oglethorpe Obnoticus) located in the building at 43.0, 72.2. Good luck all.
