Follow the path down from Stonehoof Watch until you see the road splits at 32.8 42.3 point, follow the path down.
As you reached 33.4 32.2 spot, take left path and get down.

Hey everyone a little info on Boulderfall.
The horde do have a flight path in stormheim fairly close, but without doing this quest on horde, another good place to start is stonehoof watch in highmountain. This is definitely where you want to go as alliance.(possibly horde as well) HOWEVER, you will need some sort of fall damage immunity or slow fall (or abilities like heroic leap) to jump down to him. From stonehoof you simply head towards the world quest and you will very soon be at a cliffs edge, you just need to jump down (specifically near the waterfall) and you will be right there at this Danger: boss.
Once there Boulderfall has 2 abilities. He places crystals on the ground that explode and you will want to get out of that explosion radius (approx 5-8 yards) He also has a swirly he puts on ground that you will want to move out of. He does melee fairly hard as well. You will want to either tank yourself, have a tank pet, or ability like mirror image to solo him. However, if you wear plate and have very high DPS and gear you can solo him just with pure damage output.
