Detonation Locations is a quest for level 40-70 in Thaldraszus. It rewards 9,500 experience and money.
I am sure that the rebels are documenting their plans for future attacks. We must find out what they are attempting to do before it happens.
Search their camp for any marked maps like the one we found in Valdrakken.

Excellent work. While you were off disrupting things I was scouting the camp. I did not expect to find my old friend Maldra Flametongue. I knew she was missing, but the rumors said she had joined the rebels. From what I could see, though, she is their captive! We cannot leave her here.
Steps, storylines and map placement from the client’s QuestLine, prerequisite and QuestPOI data; neighbouring quest text is Blizzard’s own (quest API), shortened to its opening sentences.

When I did this yesterday I had the same issue as you, however when I picked up the map I got the completion notification in the middle of my screen, and even though all 3 maps said 0/1 collected when I went back to the NPC I was able to turn the quest in.
