The pet is found at 79.76, 69.51, as noted in WoW1627's reply. The path to get up to it is at 77.82, 72.26. You run up the hill, around to just north of the pet point, dismount, and carefully drop to the top of the rock. You won't see the pet until you land. Be sure you have your Pungent Vrykul Gamalost with you, although after you get the pet, you'll still have the same amount you brought with you.
