It is time I told you another tale. While you listen, would you be so kind as to pour me some grog? I've grown a terrible thirst.
The keg is very old and the tap is a bit slow.

You cannot complete this quest while in a raid group. I don't know if the same applies to party.
Ok, he's looking for grog. You don't buy it from a vendor. It's a keg by the lean-to tent over by the Flight Master. Mouse over it and get the 'clicky' hands. It takes like 10 seconds to fill your mug.
Some people will tell you you don't need a 30 second progress bar to pour grog.
Those people do not know good grog.

Pins are the quest’s own POI points from the current retail client, projected onto the in-game zone map. The game marks one blob as the quest’s turn-in; the rest are objective areas. Points that fall outside a map’s window are dropped rather than guessed at.

<As the raven stares into your eyes, a familiar voice fills your mind.> Champion, I require your aid. It seems Helya has shown her hand. Steel yourself then come to me.
Taken from the storyline's own step order.
If Helya is making an advance on the Broken Isles, we will need to answer in turn. Go to Tideskorn Harbor and scout her forces. We will see if Helya is foolish enough to begin her campaign against me.
Deemed Worthy has 4 steps, from A Call to Action to Trial of Valor: Odyn's Favor.
Maps its steps are placed on (steps per map): Stormheim (3), Trial of Valor (1).
Steps, storylines and map placement from the client’s QuestLine, prerequisite and QuestPOI data; neighbouring quest text is Blizzard’s own (quest API), shortened to its opening sentences.
