I can almost hear Ion saying: "So, you're melee and from the less populous faction in your server? ha ha! @#$% you lol."

If you're a melee character and the opposite faction has a ranged monopoly on the squids in the middle of the pool, don't worry! You still have options:
1) Delete and roll a hunter
2) Use your middling ranged options ranging from 20 yds to none to steal the squids that spawn closer to the ground from the opposite faction
3) There is a squid that spawns much farther away, closer to where the rare spawns. You can tag that using your ranged ability that does less than 1% of its health and has a 6 second cooldown and wait a solid minute for it to come to melee range, all while all the hunters in the area have completed their quest
four times over already. When that squid touches down another spawns above it immediately that touches down much faster, so always go for that tag even if you have to steal it from someone waiting. Two out of twelve mobs every 2 minutes isn't that bad, is it?
Seriously, who comes up with these quests? They should be fired asap...
