Don't Be So Shellfish

To get the wind-infused shells, go up on the higher plateau (the ramp to go up to this higher area begins at 81.0, 42.6 in the Waking Shores). I also managed to get up to the plateau by standing on a wind circle at 80.6, 43.8 in the Waking Shores (stepping onto this wind circle transported me upward onto the plateau).

The wind-infused shells are dropped by mobs called Windyfin Skybashers, Windyfin Windbringers, or Windyfin Squallstalkers - or collected from clickable piles of wind-infused shells.

How does a PILE of those shells only gives you ONE of them?
