TheWoWDBThe mob seems to be very bugged currently, as 3/4 times I've tried to kill them, they'll despawn ~ 5s into the fight. The 4th time, they despawned after ~20s. No particular spell or ability causing it to despawn.
The 5th try was lucky, the mob is killable I promise.

[npc=241956] is spawned in using the [item=239314], set atop the upper areas of Tazavesh's area. (34.64, 37.03)
It will look like a yellow glowing outline of a crystal within a metal holder to place, spawning them in after a few seconds.
If you don't see the outline, that means someone else has recently killed him and needs time to respawn. Waiting a few minutes (Was about 1-2 for me) allowed it to reappear and place the crystal to summon them.
It seemed to always despawn after I kicked one of his spells. The one time I didn't kick anything, he didn't despawn, and I could kill him.
