TheWoWDBIf you, like me, killed Grubber before getting this quest it appears it may possibly be bugged. After receiving the quest (after already killing him hunting for the rare achievement) it wouldn't give me credit for the quest.
Not sure why or if this is just bugged right now but wanted to warn everyone.

If you finished Warrant: Grubber but now don't have this quest in your logs, open your bags and look for the item with the exclamation point on it - this will help you start the quest, place the lure, and spawn the boss. Happy hunting!
I can not for the life of me, figure out how I can get this quest - I followed a youtube guide about the quests before it, but it still wont be given to me by the quest giver. I did kill grubber day 1, but I have not completed the quest, I ran the script to check
