for me it says i have already complete the quest and won't let me use it. ... i did complete the quest on one toon but not this one. maybe it can only be done once per account?
I've killed him twice now and it's not giving me credit for doing so? I can loot him and get gold, but other than that: nada. Any advice?
EDIT: So I can't read and I believe you have to use an item to kill him. However, if another player helps kill him, you still get credit but it won't show unless you return to the quest giver near the Phase Conduit.
