TheWoWDBNew quest for Cataclysm. Given by a quest giver called Truum(loc 42,15) located near the watchtowers on the border of Northern barrens and Ashenvale.
Just pass through the gate into Ashenvale. These are sticking out of the ground all amongst the Nightelf attackers and the wounded Mor'shan defenders. I found a good concentration of them at 69,85. You will have to fight off many hostile Nightelves, so you might as well do "Mor'shan Defense" aswell.

Greetings, {class}, and welcome to the Ramparts. Things may appear a little chaotic here but do not worry. Kadrak has this juncture sealed up tight. Not a single elf has breached our lines! While you're here... I'm expecting a shipment of fresh supplies from Orgrimmar any day, but our watchmen are running dangerously low on arrows. Bring me any you find and I will make it worth your trouble.
