There is a crate at 10 o'clock as you stand facing [npc=160174]. Loot the crate to get [item=182021]. DE the Javelin and you get [item=182020]. Then go to your Enchanting Book and make [item=181948]. Done
I get the quest, I get the materials and then no clue how to proceed. The skill is not in my enchant list.
I got the message "New Recipe Learned! True Aim Spear" and the enchant True Aim Spear added into my book (on top in Quest Recipes category). Requires 1x [item=182020]. But no clue where to get material, nothing highlighted or clickable so I left Hero's Rest for another WQ and now the enchant is gone and not added again in Hero's Rest.
